SWMG is a boutique Registered Investment Advisor focusing on retirement planning and investment management for high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning or related field required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills suitable for client facing interactions.
• High level of organization, reliability, and accountability.
• Strong client service orientation with responsiveness and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Process oriented with a results-driven mindset and continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial plans and recommendations for planning clients.
• Participate in investment research and serve on the Investment Committee team.
• Prepare for client meetings with reports, proposals, and illustrations.
• Take detailed notes during new client meetings.
• Use planning software to input data, develop scenarios, and generate reports.
• Complete client assumptions, asset recommendations, and formal plan documents.
• Maintain relationships with clients and ensure account actions are completed.
• Maintain CRM records and compliance files.
• Request insurance quotes as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams, custodians, and insurers.
• Track weekly performance results and submit reports to management.
• Create and update operational processes weekly; perform additional tasks as needed.
