• Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel and Google Sheets/Slides.
• Analyze data using SQL or similar advanced analytical tools.
• Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences, written and verbal.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Bring FP&A experience from the software or technology industry.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the building and maintaining of annual plans and rolling forecasts for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
• Monitoring performance against forecasts and providing variance analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Delivering financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership on business performance, forecasting accuracy, and key trends
• Developing long-range financial plans that align with strategic business objectives and growth targets
• Evaluating and improving forecasting methodologies, tools, and processes to increase accuracy, scalability, and automation

What We're Looking For

Salary Range or On Target Earnings

Salary Range or On Target Earnings: $76,800.00 - $186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
