Job summary

Ascendo Resources in New York City is seeking an FP&A Manager to serve as the finance business partner for regional segments. You’ll own budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for a portfolio of regions, and work directly with regional VPs and operators to turn financial data into decisions.

You will lead monthly business reviews, build models for labor planning and expansion, standardize regional reporting and KPIs, and mentor financial analysts through month-end close.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A/finance experience
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA a plus
• Strong Excel/financial modeling skills
• Comfort presenting to non-finance stakeholders
