Brighton Jones is seeking an Analyst for our Houston, TX office. You will gain exposure to financial planning, client service, and business operations through structured training, coaching, and hands-on development.

You’ll work with advisory teams on planning analyses, client deliverables, and Salesforce-based documentation while progressing toward CPA/CFP credentials in a collaborative, in-office environment with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (preferred: Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics).
• Series 65 (or equivalent) or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Interest in pursuing CFP credential in the future.

Responsabilités

• Prepare financial planning, investment, and wealth management analyses with advisory team members.
• Support portfolio reviews and investment research, gather data, analyze, and identify opportunities for discussion.
• Coordinate client meeting agendas, analyze data, prepare recommendations and deliverables in Salesforce.
• Coordinate and track client service priorities, ensuring follow-through and high-quality client experience.
• Provide analytical, operational, and client service support throughout the client lifecycle.
