Converse, Inc. is seeking a finance professional to lead the financial and accounting operations. The role will prepare budgets, reports, forecasts and statutory returns, and manage tax, treasury and regulatory compliance.

You will analyze financial performance to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and proven ability to develop insights from financial data.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $58,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $114,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Conducts the financial and accounting operations of the organization. Prepares budgets, reports, forecasts and statutory returns; responsible

for tax, treasury, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsible for analysis of financial reports, trends and opportunities, relating to business opportunities, investments, financial projects, or

programs.
