Morgan Stanley in Baltimore, MD seeks a Financial Planning Analyst to support Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors, using firm planning tools and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities include building scalable planning processes, participating in client meetings, and staying current with policies and platforms; strong knowledge of financial services products required.

Formación

• 4-year college degree or professional certification preferred
• Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required
• Complete and maintain internal Financial Planning Specialist designation requirements
• Willingness to obtain CFP and/or CPWA designation
• Knowledge of financial planning
• Excellent listening skills
• Knowledge of financial services products, including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts
• Technically proficient and quick learner of new platforms
• Detail oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• MS Office and internet applications
• Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills
• Strong time management skills
• Team player and collaborative
• Ability to work in fast-paced evolving environment
• Adaptable and multi-task

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate relationships with business partners and colleagues
• Support FAs/PWAs/teams in enhancing client relationships
• Utilize planning tools to generate financial plans
• Help build scalable planning processes for the book of business
• Attend client meetings to review financial plans as needed
• Provide administrative support and platform guidance
• Stay current on policies, procedures and new platforms
• Participate in training, initiatives and special projects
