Texas Instruments in Dallas is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Analyst to join our SBE Finance team. You will partner with management to drive P&L results, forecast performance, and deliver actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, ROI assessment of engineering initiatives, and providing leadership with accurate financial data to support a rapidly evolving tech business.

Responsibilities

• Driving Business Results: Take an active role in driving the results of the business unit P&L through rigorous analysis, forecasting, and strategic insight.
• Strategic Engineering Partnership: Partner closely with the engineering team to assess the ROI of technical investments, ensuring capital and resources are allocated to the highest-value opportunities.
• Senior Leadership Engagement: Regularly prepare and present financial performance, strategic outlooks, and key business drivers to senior leadership.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead all financial planning activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
• Financial Integrity: Drive financial excellence by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of business results, including cross-functional partnering to ensure financial compliance.
• Operational Connectivity: Understand and explain the complex relationship between operational performance, engineering milestones, and financial results.
• Strategic Insight: Provide a strategic view of the business by incorporating competitive analysis and market trends to drive financial performance.
• Process Innovation: Drive continuous process improvement and automation in financial processes and reporting to increase agility and accuracy.
