we empower clients to make informed decisions, simplify complexity, and build secure

Strata Wealth Advisors is currently interviewing for a Financial Planner / Wealth Advisor to join
our Dallas team in a hybrid capacity that blends technical planning expertise with direct
client relationship management.
At Strata, we believe in the power of IQ Compounding bringing together insight, discipline,
and collaboration to create lasting impact for our clients. In this role, you will both provide the

management while also developing the client-facing and business-development skills
needed to lead relationships and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a positive, friendly person who is passionate about helping others; a
good communicator, self-starter, reliable, organized, and eager to continue their professional
development. This position requires the ability to work well in both a self-directed manner
and in a collaborative team environment while embracing the firm’s core values.
This position reports to the Director of Financial Planning.
