As a Financial Performance Analyst, you'll be working to ensure the financial success of some of the nation's largest and most successful healthcare organizations by monitoring their operational metrics and providing meaningful analysis. We take a proactive approach to our customers' finances by tracking key performance indicators and offering best practices.

You will be given ownership of customer relationships early on and will be expected to lead discussions and impact the decision making of healthcare executives. You'll need analytical skills and attention to detail to isolate potential financial risks for our customers as well as communication and relationship management skills to effectively convey those risks. By applying numerical analysis to our customers' financial concerns and evaluating and analyzing revenue cycle risk factors, you'll have a direct impact on the transformation of the healthcare industry.

More than just important work. Our uniquely themed campus was designed to heighten your ability to get stuff done in your office, a conference room, or by the fireplace in a comfy chair. All meals are restaurant-quality but cost only a few dollars, and they’re prepared by a team comprised of kitchen talent from restaurants around the country. And, after five years here, you’ll earn a four-week sabbatical anywhere in the world.

We offer comprehensive benefits to keep you healthy and happy as you grow in your life and career, and your merit-based compensation will reflect the impact your work has on the company and our customers. You'll also be eligible for annual raises and bonuses, as well as stock grants, which give you an even greater stake in the success of Epic and our customers.
