Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling, reconciliation, and financial recordkeeping.
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems, payroll processing, onboarding and leave tracking.
• Proficiency in basic math and computer systems including spreadsheets, timekeeping tools, and POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Clear and professional communication with team members and leadership.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Reliable with consistent attendance and adherence to workplace policies.
• Familiarity with AML, Western Union, and lottery regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash office and bookkeeping duties on a daily basis.
• Process payroll and assist HR onboarding activities.
• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding tasks for store staff.
