Job summary

Year Up United in McKeesport, PA offers a one-year or shorter intensive program focused on financial operations. Participants gain classroom skills, access to internships (BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh), and job placement services with coaching and mentorship.

An educational stipend is provided during internships. Eligibility includes being a high school graduate or GED, eligible to work in the U.S., and availability Mon–Fri for the duration of the program.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Available Monday–Friday throughout the duration of the program.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree.
• You may be required to answer additional screening questions when applying.
