Responsibilities

• Assist with account opening, maintenance, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Process financial transactions, including wire transfers, asset movements, trade settlements, and account updates.
• Respond to client inquiries and service requests, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate client records and data integrity across internal systems.
• Collaborate with trading, compliance, and portfolio management teams to resolve operational issues.
• Assist with preparing client reports, account statements, and performance summaries.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
