Employment Type: Contract-to-Perm

Hourly Rate: $21-$24/hour
Conversion: Compensation will be renegotiated upon conversion to permanent employment.

Position Overview

We are seeking entry-level Financial Operations Analystto support banking and financial-services organizations with day-to-day operational, analytical, and administrative activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a career in the financial/investment banking industry.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, along with at least 6 months of relevant internship or professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily financial and operational processes and business activities.
• Analyze and maintain financial and operational data using Excel and internal systems.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Review information for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and assist with issue resolution.
• Support account, transaction, or client-related operational activities.
• Work with internal teams to complete requests and meet deadlines.
