• Experience working in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational ticket queue via Salesforce Case work.
• Document, review, and resolve cycle processing errors.
• Support the revenue cycle processes across the PBM Billing Cycle.
• Coordinate with internal partners and multiple business units to resolve issues.
