Job summary

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a Financial Modeling Analyst for its Dallas–Fort Worth, TX onsite team. The role focuses on financial analysis, valuation modeling, and preparing reports to support mergers & acquisitions, ownership transitions, strategic planning, and other business initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in business valuation or related fields, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business valuation, financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
