The Opportunity As a Financial Markets & Real Estate - Valuations Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their financial needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide strategic guidance to optimize their financial performance. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver comprehensive consulting services that enhance decision-making and help clients achieve their financial objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigate complex situations, and grow your personal brand while maintaining professional standards.

What You Must Have

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
