Job summary

iLogos Game Studios is seeking a proactive Financial Manager to own and improve our financial management processes, including budgeting, reporting, and controls, to support rapid game-development growth.

This role offers remote work from anywhere in the world, flexible hours, and a culture of trust. You will partner with executive leadership to deliver timely insights and robust financial planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial management, FP&A, Finance Manager, or similar role.
• Proven track record of budgeting, planning, controlling, and reporting.
• Experience reporting financial performance to executive leadership/board.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and working capital.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and present P&L, balance sheet, and financial performance reports to the management board.
• Monitor key financial metrics, focusing on working capital, profitability, margins, and liquidity.
• Identify financial risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze sales performance, cost structure, and profitability to support decisions.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of financial reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership on business planning and financial decision-making.
• Continuously improve financial processes and internal controls.

We are looking for a proactive Financial Manager to own and continuously improve our financial management processes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands‑on execution, taking responsibility for budgeting, reporting, financial control, and providing management with timely, accurate insights to support business growth.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in financial management, FP&A, Finance Manager, or a similar role.

• Proven track record of managing a company's finance function, including budgeting, financial planning, controlling, and reporting.

• Experience working directly with executive leadership and reporting financial performance to the management board.

• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and working capital management.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic business environment.

What the role is about:
