Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions in Chicago seeks an Analyst for the Financial Intelligence team to support leadership with reporting, data, and automation. You will view revenue, expense, headcount, and operations across segments and translate data into clear insights for board and executive reviews.

We welcome 0–3 years in analytics with strong Excel skills; familiarity with Workday, Adaptive Planning, Essbase, Power BI, and SQL or Python is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field; diverse backgrounds welcomed.
• 0–3 years of analytical experience; finance, consulting, or BI backgrounds encouraged.
• Strong communication and ability to explain analyses clearly.

This team builds the reporting, data, and systems layer that Finance and executive leadership run on including dashboards, Board & IR materials, and finance process automation.This is a role for someone analytical and driven who wants to understand how a large SaaS business works. You will see revenue, expense, headcount, and operations across every segment of the company. You will work with Finance, Accounting, and Operations leadership regularly.Key Responsibilities:Develop working fluency in our finance and data stack: Workday, Adaptive Planning, Essbase, Power BI, and Microsoft FabricMaintain and improve the reports and dashboards used by Finance, executive leadership, including data quality and dimension governance across our financial systemsPerform ad-hoc corporate analysis for senior leadership; investigate the question behind the question, get to an answer, and explain it clearlySupport the preparation of Monthly Operating Review, Board reporting, and investor relations materials through data analysis and visualizationIdentify and reconcile inconsistencies across source systems and recommend structural fixes rather than one-time patchesPartner with FP&A, Accounting, and Operations to find manual processes and automate them, reducing cycle time and error ratesBuild reusable tools, queries, and documentation.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline. Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, and Business Analytics are all common backgrounds here0–3 years of experience in an analytical role. Strong candidates come from finance, consulting, operations, data analytics, or business intelligenceStrong Excel skills and comfort working with large, imperfect datasetsAbility to read a P&L and reason about what drives the numbers.
