Our Financial Institutions practice is seeking a highly skilled and experienced associate with 3-6 years of post-JD experience. The ideal candidate will have experience at a bank regulatory agency, law firm, in house, or other experience advising banks and other financial institutions (including fintechs, payment platforms and processors, and crypto companies) on a broad range of regulatory and compliance matters, including one or more of the following areas:
Experience advising banks and other clients on supervisory matters, transactions, regulatory and compliance advice, and/or enforcement matters is also valued.
