The incumbent investigates financial and non-financial complaints against condominium, cooperative, and timeshare associations, analyzing evidence, conducting interviews, and preparing detailed investigative reports. The role requires analyzing financial documents, applying Florida Statutes and Board Rules, and managing case loads in an office-based setting with case travel.

Key qualifications:

• Two years of investigative experience in researching and analyzing financial documents
• Two years of preparing investigative reports
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply statutes and administrative rules
• Valid Florida Driver License
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred; Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
