Job summary

YWCA in Addison, IL seeks a Financial Empowerment Services Coordinator to monitor daily CCAP staff activities, ensure contract compliance, and liaise with IDHS/ISBE/DCFS and partners. The role supports childcare providers and clients while promoting program growth.

You will recruit and train staff, help develop policies, and manage outreach to sustain services. Some evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Excellent working knowledge of computers and software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows.
• Ability to input data accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Educate visitors about available services and assist with forms and assessments.
• Supervise daily work of CCAP staff to ensure contract compliance and monitor performance.
• Review referrals for possible fraudulent cases and manage overpayments, liaising with IDHS, ISBE, IDVA, DCFS, and community partners.
• Provide training and mentoring for staff; assist in developing program policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure program deliverables and budget compliance.
• Engage in outreach and provide training to DHS ISBE and other partners as needed.
• Participate in administrative and program meetings and other duties as assigned.
