Job summary

Roessel Joy is seeking a results-oriented finance leader to manage all financial tasks and ensure strict regulatory compliance. The role oversees financial operations, provides frequent reports, and supports strategic initiatives within a manufacturing context.

You will lead financial modeling, build BU-level P&Ls, own monthly reporting with KPI dashboards, and partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years in a Director or Controller level.
• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
