Snapcode Inc is seeking a data-focused professional to architect and govern financial data assets, including warehouses and reporting datasets. The role emphasizes scalable data models, secure Snowflake implementations, and end-to-end data integration.

The candidate will leverage advanced SQL and Python to validate interfaces, automate checks, and support FP&A and accounting stakeholders with reliable, auditable data pipelines.

Formación

• Experience designing financial reporting datasets or data warehouses.
• Proficiency in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
• Hands-on Snowflake data warehouse design, access control, and cost/performance awareness.
• Strong SQL skills including joins, aggregations, window functions, profiling, and reconciliations.
• Python for data validation, automation, and prototyping.
• Experience with APIs, batch or incremental ingestion, schema changes, and reliable ETL/ELT patterns.
• Ownership of governance, data quality, lineage, glossaries, and exception management.

Financial data architecture: demonstrated experience designing financial reporting datasets or warehouses and working directly with FP&A and accounting.

Data modeling: conceptual, logical, and physical modeling; dimensional models; canonical entities; master and reference data; effective dates and historical changes.

Snowflake: practical experience designing enterprise data models and warehouse layers, managing access, and evaluating query performance and cost.

Advanced SQL: joins, aggregations, window functions, profiling, transformation logic, and source-to-target reconciliation.

Python: ability to inspect datasets, validate interfaces, automate checks, and develop working prototypes.

Enterprise integration: experience with APIs, files, batch or incremental ingestion, schema changes, and reliable ETL/ELT patterns.

Governance and quality: ownership, stewardship, business glossaries, lineage, quality rules, and exception management.
