Job Description

Combination of data analyst and financial analyst

Strong Excel/Tableau/Smartsheet skills is key, with solid experience in both financial and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data infrastructure: gather data from multiple sources, maintain data sets, and ensure data integrity. Proficiency in nSAP/1ERP will be advantageous.
• Perform data analysis and management reporting: identify, analyze, and interpret trends using advanced Excel/Tableau/Smartsheet features; conduct financial and operational performance analysis; produce reports for performance tracking, budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
• Create data visualizations: design and build data visualizations (including charts, tables, and dashboards) using Excel, Tableau, and/or Smartsheet to present complex data clearly and impactfully.
• Collaborate and communicate findings: work with stakeholders through the data analysis and reporting workflow and present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
• Support process improvements: identify opportunities to streamline existing reporting and management processes.
