Job summary

AML RightSource is seeking an Entry Level Financial Crimes Investigator to review transactions and support Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. This remote role allows you to work from your Indiana home with company-provided training.

You will analyze activity, identify red flags, write concise reports, and use Excel and Office tools, with a 9:00-5:30 EST training schedule and 8:00-5:00 local after training.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and monitor transactional activity to identify potential suspicious activity.
  • Verify client identities and assess their relationships with financial institutions for KYC purposes.
  • Interpret and implement client-operating policies related to financial data.
  • Identify data anomalies and red flags for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions violations, and escalate for second level review.
  • Write clear, concise reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Use basic Excel functions and technology applications for analysis.
  • Adhere to designated timeframes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Submit written work product for review by internal quality control teams and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
  • Meet production and quality standards while working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations and company policies, and client requirements related to Anti-Money Laundering

As an **Entry Level** **Financial Crimes Investigator**, you will review transactions, identify suspicious activity, and support Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. **Work Arrangement & Schedule**This is a work-from-home position. Employees are expected to work from their designated home address. To protect client and company information, work must be performed from the employee's designated home workspace and not from temporary, shared, or alternate locations.**Company-Provided Training (First Three Weeks)** Virtual participation from home, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST.
