Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned threat intelligence leader to oversee the development, review, and distribution of financial crime threat content for senior leadership and governance forums.

You will drive risk assessments, coordinate with law enforcement and external stakeholders, and establish standards for threat intelligence products while ensuring rigorous analysis and proper handling of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in Global Financial Crimes, Compliance, Operational Risk, intelligence, or related risk management disciplines.
• Experience leading production of intelligence products, briefing materials, and analytical reporting for executive/external audiences.
• Knowledge of financial crime typologies, emerging threats, and regulatory expectations related to AML, fraud, sanctions, and illicit finance risks.
• Experience reviewing and challenging risk assessments and analytic conclusions.
• Experience developing relationships with law enforcement, regulatory, and industry partners.
• Ability to influence and communicate with senior leaders, governance forums, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into clear written products.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, review, and distribution of financial crime threat intelligence, briefing materials, and analytical reports.
• Direct preparation of threat content for senior leadership and governance forums.
• Review and challenge targeted risk assessments and analytic conclusions.
• Oversee threat intelligence products shared with law enforcement and external stakeholders.
• Establish standards, templates, and quality controls for threat intelligence products.
• Ensure analytic rigor and proper handling/classification of sensitive information.
• Partner with Front Line Units, Control Functions, and Compliance risk officers to define intelligence requirements.
• Ensure threat products drive actionable risk mitigation and enterprise awareness.
