R1 RCM Inc. is seeking an on-site Financial Counseling Representative for St George, UT and Cedar City, UT. You will help patients understand insurance benefits, discuss payment options, and assist with Medicaid and financial assistance applications in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Role requires compassion, strong communication, and the ability to explain complex benefits clearly. This full-time, on-site position offers growth within the revenue cycle team and a supportive work environment
