R1 RCM is seeking a Financial Counseling Representative to support patients with healthcare payments at our On-Site location in Manhattan, KS. This role emphasizes compassionate financial counseling and assisting with insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs.

You will meet with patients to discuss payment options, assist with Medicaid and financial assistance applications, verify eligibility, and collaborate with care teams to maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $15.43 - $20.82 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
