West Texas Centers MHMR is seeking motivated individuals to provide ongoing financial assessment services to people served. This full-time role offers a career ladder, Monday–Friday work, and a comprehensive benefits package including health plan and generous PTO.

Responsibilities include scheduling client appointments with medical staff, collecting co-pays prior to services, and performing financial assessments for new and established clients.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct support to the assigned Mental Health Centers.
• Schedules client appointments with medical staff.
• Responsible for collecting Co-Pays and Payments prior to services.
• Performs Financial Assessments on all established and new client intakes.
