Job summary

Pesado Construction Company is seeking a full-function accounting professional to oversee staff and a project accountant, handling monthly reconciliations, income statements, balance sheets, WIP and cost-to-complete analyses for active projects.

The role collaborates with project managers on cost-to-complete reviews, receivables, and cash flow. A BBA in Accounting or Finance is preferred, and experience with construction accounting and Sage software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level accounting/finance degree required.

Responsibilities

• Monthly reconciliations of accounts and financial statements.
• Assist project managers with financial insights and project costs.
• Assist with receivables and cash flow management.

Meet with Project managers to review monthly cost to complete

Monthly bank statement reconciliation

Preferred Skills

Sage 100 or Sage 300 experience required
