Job summary

Stellantis Mobilisights, a Data‑as‑a‑Service unit, seeks a Financial Controller to support the Head of Finance in day‑to‑day general accounting and month‑end close for North America and Europe. You will develop financial plans, forecast results, and analyze deviations to propose remediation actions.

The role requires IFRS knowledge, SAP, Oracle HFM, and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to drive KPI analysis and cost savings across regions. This position is based in Auburn Hills, MI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in controlling.
• Good knowledge and understanding of main accounting principles and IFRS in particular.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel in particular.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP System as well as experience with Oracle HFM (Niagara CMM).
• Strong quantitative and analysis skills and advanced aptitude for creating financial or operational model.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills, self‑motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• High aptitude to learn quickly, provide critical thinking on new and unknown tasks, and able to work well under pressure with appropriate attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the monthly business review package and submit monthly financials to SWX Finance Team with timeliness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with accounting and other finance functions during month‑end closing.
• Develop forecasting and budget/mid‑term plan submissions to Finance Team and Global Reporting System.
• Monitor and analyze KPI to identify trends and improvements.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities by analyzing financial data and drive initiatives with partners.
• Assist on special projects and other duties as needed by Head of Finance.

Your Mission

The financial controller supports the Head of Finance in the direct supervision of the day‑to‑day general accounting functions and coordination of the month‑end closing process and monthly financial reporting cycles for both North America and Europe Regions. Develop the financial plans and forecast and analyses the operational results highlighting deviation compared to the plan and proposing remediation actions.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of the monthly business review package and submission of monthly financials to SWX Finance Team ensuring timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data for all stakeholders.
• Coordination with accounting team and other functions in finance (treasury, tax, etc.) during the month‑end closing process including the validation of the monthly financial data in the Global Reporting System.
• Development of forecasting and budget/mid‑term plan including data submission to SWX Finance Team and in the Global Reporting System.
• Assist the Head of Finance to monitor and analyze Key Financials Indicators (KPI) to identify trends and necessary improvements.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities by analyzing financial data and work with the internal business partner to implement these cost savings.
• Assist on special projects and other duties assigned by the Head of Finance as needed.

Basic Qualifications
