What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement reports and metrics to support operational goals and initiatives
- Track, manage, and facilitate the review and approval of invoicing between technical and accounting teams
- Communicate and drive regular operational report/metrics reviews with a focus on quality improvement
- Project manage multiple deliverables while analyzing financial data and providing forecasting support
- Collaborate with teams to create standard work procedures and enhance internal processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Financial Controls, Invoicing, Accounts Payable, Cost Controls, and Purchasing environments
- Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides and MS Excel
- Experience in creating presentations that include graphs and variance analysis
- Telecom experience highly desired
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Engineering/Construction functions
- Familiarity with developing training programs for construction contractors
- Proven track record in managing quality assurance and cycle count programs
