Fidelity Investments Inc. in Sugar Land, TX invites experienced financial professionals to join our Investor Center. You will mentor clients, provide personalized planning, and expand the firm’s reach by leveraging an existing client base and robust resources.

You will present complex investment solutions, stay compliant with FINRA licensing, and collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding customer experiences while advancing your career in a supportive, training-rich environment.

Qualificações

• Proven success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions.
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire.
• Ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility.
• Degree or equivalent experience and/or other professional certifications are helpful; if you do not already have a CFP or degree, our Tuition Reimbursement program can help you acquire one.
• Ability to thoughtfully introduce clients to different investment strategies and bring together additional client assets while engaging in positive, client-centered discussions.
• Coachable, collaborative, and curious are key attributes.

Working in our Investor Center, you will engage face-to-face with your clients, providing mentorship and personalized planning, while helping expand the reach of the firm's brand. Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles.
