Qualifications

• Proven success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions.
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire.
• Ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility.
• Degree or equivalent experience and/or CFP or related certification; Tuition Reimbursement may help acquire one.
• Ability to introduce clients to different investment strategies and bring in additional client assets.
• Coachable, collaborative, and curious; committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Motivated by results and takes initiative; aims to exceed customer expectations.
• Extensive knowledge of investment solutions.
