Marsh McLennan Agency’s East Region is seeking a Financial Consultant to partner with Account Teams on complex financial analyses of employee benefit programs. This hybrid role is based out of Conshohocken, PA, and offers ongoing exposure to risk management, pricing strategies, and client-focused design decisions.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years in benefits brokerage or insurance, plus advanced Excel skills.

The primary role of the Financial Consultant is to work with the Account Teams on assigned cases, providing complex financial analysis and utilizing modeling tools to evaluate benefit programs and their impact on overall business objectives, including the management and control of client risks and losses.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,700 to $120,400. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
