The role emphasizes proactive relationship-building and adherence to policies. As a non-NMLS position, you will educate customers, handle cash, and leverage referrals from customers and partners to grow our consumer and business relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of customer service or related military service.
• Preferred: 1+ year in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling experience; comfortable with mobile and online banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all policies, risk, and regulatory requirements.
