Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, helping them achieve their financial goals.

You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying needs and recommending deposits, loans and other banking services, while processing transactions accurately and educating customers on products and technology.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or Bachelor's Degree required.
• Familiarity with consumer deposit products and consumer lending preferred.
• Experience in banking or customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on deposit products and lending options.
• Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
