Tardus Wealth Strategies is seeking a Financial Coach (Independent Contractor - 1099) to guide clients through the Income Snowball System and the Six Pillars of Wealth. This remote coaching role emphasizes building lasting relationships, educating clients, and driving meaningful financial progress.

• Conduct engaging coaching sessions that educate, encourage, and inspire action.
• Help clients overcome obstacles, celebrate progress, and stay committed to their financial goals.
• Build long-term client relationships that lead to exceptional results and high renewal rates.
• Follow established coaching systems while continually developing your own skills.
