You will balance cash drawer, handle night and mail deposits where applicable, and work with colleagues to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in cash handling and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Accept deposits and cash checks within policy.
• Process loan payments, safe deposit box rent, and related items.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily activity.
• Promote products and refer customers to appropriate specialists.
• Provide safe deposit box services and assist with ATM balancing as needed.
• Maintain records and respond to customer inquiries within policy timeframes.
