Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. (Preferred)
  • 3+ years related business or sales experience.
  • 1+ years supervisor or team leader experience (Preferred).
  • Proactive and result oriented.
  • Highly collaborative with Fulton partners and other team members.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to have needs-based conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive proactive sales conversations by outbound calls, inquiries, scheduling appointments, and engaging customers in the lobby to identify sales opportunities.
  • Maintain risk and compliance by ensuring operations follow regulations and company policies.
  • Utilize CRM and resources to foster relationship-building conversations and onboarding of new customers.
  • Contribute to team performance by supporting the Financial Center Manager in talent selection, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
  • Participate in off-site networking events and community initiatives to bolster brand and drive growth.

This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Lewes, DE financial center at 34346 Carpenter’s Way. Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays).

Responsible for providing an exceptional financial center customer experience by handling every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm. Focus on customer‑centric conversations to deepen relationships and be a trusted advisor. Be a role model and leader in the center. Oversee financial center operations while adhering to all compliance and risk policies and procedures. Coach and mentor team members to ensure team and individual goals are achieved.

  • Drive proactive sales conversations by engaging in outbound calls, handling inbound contact center inquiries, scheduling appointments, and actively engaging customers in the lobby with a goal of identifying sales opportunities and converting them into tangible outcomes.
  • Maintaining sound risk and compliance practices by ensuring the financial center operates within the parameters of applicable regulations and company policies. Play a key role in managing risk by ensuring the team's adherence to regulatory standards while exercising sound judgment within established parameters.
  • Utilize the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and other resources to foster relationship‑building conversations with customers and ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships. Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques while developing team members to have the same CRM knowledge, usage, and adoption.
  • Contribute to teambuilding and performance excellence in the financial center by collaborating closely with the Financial Center Manager, to assist in building and nurturing a high‑performing team. This includes participating in the selection of top talent, facilitating seamless onboarding, providing ongoing coaching, and managing performance to achieve optimal results.
  • Actively participate in off‑site networking events and community initiatives that will bolster our brand presence and strengthen ties within the local community, driving business growth opportunities.

  • May serve as a Notary Public for their financial center
Education

High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty not applicable at this level. (Required)

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty Business or other applicable. (Preferred)

Experience

3 or more years related business or sales experience. (Required)

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The hourly rate for this position is $24.81 - $41.35.

Additional Compensation Components

This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
