Job summary

Five Star Credit Union in Rochelle, GA seeks a Full Time Management position to direct service center operations, lead staff, and drive member growth within Retail Sales and Service. The role reports to the Market Director of Retail Financial Centers and requires strong leadership and extensive supervisory experience.

You will ensure service standards, compliance, and efficient operations while promoting Five Star’s core values and community presence.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Additional college coursework in business or finance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Five or more years of related experience in a financial institution.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a sales/service environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, sales coaching and supervisory skills.
• Well organized and able to multi-task.
• Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
• Ability to maintain an effective and efficient sales and service work team.

Responsibilities

• Direct and administer the service center operations.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and operations comply with legal requirements.
• Seek efficiencies and automate workflows; manage expenses and cost-saving measures.
• Supervise staff schedules and overtime; balance daily transactions.
• Oversee cash handling and service center security.
• Open/close building per hours; test security equipment.
• Maintain branch standards and workspace cleanliness.
• Provide weekly staff schedules and PTO coordination.
• Lead team meetings; communicate growth goals to staff.
• Collaborate with Business Solutions Specialist to grow business accounts.
• Grow branch deposit market share in line with growth targets.
