In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind exceptional service, helping members discover the right products and solutions for their financial goals. From welcoming members as the first point of contact to guiding them through new accounts and loan production, you'll play a vital role in building lifelong relationships.
As a Financial In-Store Banker (Financial Center Consultant II), you will work ourmembers to find the best solutions to fit their financial needs and introducethem to the choices they have to do their banking in ways that are mostconvenient for them. We will look to you to create an outstanding memberexperience, expand relationships with EECU members and acquire newrelationships by providing needs-based products and services. This position isconsidered a banker and will be performing in-store sales and importantadministrative activities.
The Financial Banker will support the locations inFrisco and Plano. The position needs to be flexible and easily transitionbetween roles, and responsibilities. The Financial In-Store Banker performs abroad variety of member service functions such as opening business and consumeraccounts using needs-based selling techniques, processing loan applications,solving operational issues and abiding by all related Federal and State rulesand regulations.
