The Financial Associate supports the Lead Advisor by attending client meetings, preparing meeting materials, documenting client interactions, managing follow-up tasks, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role plays a critical part in maintaining client relationships, supporting firm growth, and ensuring all client service and administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and efficiently.
Starting Base Salary: $40,000 annually, increase once licensed
Key Responsibilities
- Attend client and prospect meetings alongside the Lead Advisor.
- Take detailed meeting notes and document action items.
- Prepare meeting folders, agendas, reports, forms, and supporting materials.
- Review client accounts and documentation prior to meetings.
- Complete all post-meeting follow-up tasks within established timelines.
- Prepare meeting summaries and copy talks for advisors.
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM documentation.
- Update client profiles and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely communication.
- Track outstanding tasks and follow-up items through completion.
- Assist advisors with administrative and time-sensitive requests.
- Support client relationships through professional and responsive service.
- Financial Associates are expected to attend all company seminars, workshops, and other required events, even when they occur after normal business hours. This includes evening seminars during the week and any other business-related activities that may require staying late.

- 100% attendance at assigned client meetings.
- 95% of meetings fully prepared at least 24 hours in advance.
- 100% of follow-up tasks completed within 48 hours.

- 100% of assigned administrative tasks completed by deadline.
- Client satisfaction score of 4.5 or higher.
- Series 65 and Life & Health licenses obtained within 60–90 days of hire.
