VOALA seeks a Financial Assistant II to perform financial data entry, maintain accounting records, and provide general assistance to the Accounting department in Los Angeles. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities include updating records, posting entries, preparing budgets, and supporting audits as needed. Candidates should have an Associate’s degree in finance/accounting and relevant bookkeeping

PAY RATE: $27.09 - $28.52 Per Hour

Financial Assistant II: Performs financial data entry and maintains accounting records and provides general assistance to the Accounting department.
Ability to work and deal with difficult, uncooperative, and potentially aggressive clients as VOALA serves the neediest of the needy in our programs, which may include clients with homelessness, mental illness, substance abuse, recently released from incarceration, and other challenges.
