Salary Range $31.83
This position is under the direction of the Associate Director of Research and Post Award Grant Manager for the Integrated Business Office (IBO), supporting surgical specialty departments at the Yale School of Medicine with a focus on the Departments of Emergency Medicine, and Ophthalmology. Serving as a key source of financial information, provide comprehensive financial operations support by interacting with faculty and staff from various university financial and administrative departments, and outside vendors on a wide range of issues. Monitor, control and maintain financial activity of accounts in assigned sections. Ensure that expenditures are appropriate and charged to correct accounts. Interpret and adhere to University and Sponsored financial policies and guidelines, as needed. Perform other related duties as required.
Required Education and Experience Six years of related work experience, four of them in the same job family at the next lower level, and a high school level education; or four years of related work experience and an Associate degree; or little or no work experience and a Bachelor degree in a related field; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
