Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support local management with financial reporting and control, income management, debt management, and accurate billing of clients.
• Prepare internal financial reporting and analysis, analyzing past and present operations, trends, and costs.
• Assist operations with cost budgets, quarterly forecasts and other financial planning activities.
• Perform analytical reviews of financial information to identify trends and opportunities; recommend improvements for cost efficiencies.
• Produce cost quotes, strategic business cases, risk assessments and other ad‑hoc analysis to support the business.
• Participate in special projects, including process improvement and development of financial tools and implementations.
• Manage financial process improvements, track Key Performance Indicators and strategic initiatives.
• Support internal and external financial and system audits.
• Plan and manage workload to ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting.
• Collect and confirm accuracy of charges and expenses for client billing.
• Complete the monthly Client Profitability Model.
• Attend meetings, document and distribute minutes.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
• Create and disseminate communications and reports.
• Design and develop presentations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with employees, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders on behalf of site management.
• Work with Operations to develop budgets and forecasts for financial performance.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, or logistics analytics.
• Experience in contract logistics, supply chain, or 3PL environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, modeling, macros).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Working knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems.

Core Competencies

• Clear communication of insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Expected base pay: $65,000 – $90,000. Compensation will be based on job‑related factors such as experience, skills, education, and location, in accordance with applicable laws.
