Job summary

Horizon Global Partners LLC (HgP) seeks a Financial Analyst to support US Capitol Police Office of Information Services and Information Resource Management Division. The role covers budget preparation, procurement requests, payments, invoice validation, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

You will analyze financial data, track expenditures, coordinate with managers, ensure compliance, and support monthly burn and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of federal budget management and execution experience.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred; Federal financial certification and Tableau experience preferred.
