Gulfstream Aerospace Savannah seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting and forecasting for the GAC Savannah operation, driving financial insights for leadership.
The role emphasizes variance analysis, CapEx assessments, and continuous improvement of financial processes in alignment with GAAP, partnering with operations and finance teams to deliver accurate, timely results.
Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Master's Degree preferred. 4 years increasing financial responsibility. Working understanding of GAAP. Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field may offset 1 year of experience. Other Certification preferred.
Leads the assigned operational business areas in developing budgets and forecasts as well as understanding risks and opportunities. Under minimal supervision, performs ongoing analysis and reporting of actual performance to budgets and/or forecasts. Performs in depth analysis and provides recommendations to operational business units and financial management on area business matters.
Perform other duties as assigned.
