• Uses financial tools to model the impact of decisions (cost benefit, return on investment, and other business performance analysis).
• Provides customer-service-focused financial service to assigned areas.
• Maintains, improves, and ownership of a key financial system or process.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Purpose of this Position: Under minimal supervision, partners with business leaders on financial issues related to their specific area of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, including finance and accounting coursework
• 5+ years of experience in a financial analyst position
• An approved equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Finance or Business (MBA or CPA)
• Previous healthcare experience and demonstrated knowledge of health care revenue streams, reimbursement, and payment methodologies

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities

• Expert knowledge of Excel, and experience in Word, Access (relational databases), PowerPoint, General Ledger systems, and other reporting tools
• Detail and deadline oriented
• Excellent accuracy in analysis and cost-benefit analysis
• Ability to assist operational & senior leadership as to their business needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication
