Michael Kors is seeking a Financial Analyst for Retail to support North America store budgets, forecasts, and reporting in a hybrid NY metro environment. You will partner with Accounting and cross-functional teams to analyze store P&L, identify variances, and provide actionable commentary.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of financial analysis experience in retail, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with 1–2 years of financial analysis experience.
• Retail industry experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage North America retail store rent, occupancy, and capex budgets and forecasts.
• Partner with Accounting and cross-functional teams on month-end close and reporting.
• Analyze North America store P&L and comment on variances vs budget/forecast/LY.
